Refund Policy

Each Moon Lotus AI memorial product is a personalized digital product created specifically from the photo and information provided by the customer.

Customers may request a full refund before work on their personalized memorial product has begun. Once creation has started, or the completed digital product has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

If a customer does not receive their order, receives a damaged or unusable file, or there is a clear technical issue with the delivered product, Moon Lotus AI will review the issue and provide a correction, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

Because AI-generated memorial videos are created from each customer’s individual photo, natural variations in movement and appearance may occur. We carefully adapt the motion to suit the original image and aim to preserve the pet’s familiar appearance as closely as possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address, pet photo, and other order information they submit are accurate.
