Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Moon Lotus AI does not receive or store customers’ full payment card information.

Customer photos and personal information will not be sold or used for advertising without your explicit permission.They may only be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to create, process, and deliver an order.

Uploaded photos and order information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the order and provide customer support.

Customers may request deletion of their information by contacting us.
